No, it is the mobile arm of your system. DM.TOIR moves inspections, defects and work orders onto the technician's device and syncs with the accounting system (natively 1C:ERP ed. 2, otherwise REST/CSV).
Yes. The technician records everything on the device and the data flows to the system once connectivity returns. That is the norm for industrial zones.
Barcode or NFC is enough by default. RFID is a separate module for locating equipment by tag and faster identification.
Yes. We configure work types, norms, defect references and exchange with your accounting system, and train the crews.
