This Policy is built around Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and industry privacy practice. By continuing to use the site you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree with its terms. If you disagree with any clause — please stop using the site.

We process the minimum necessary amount of data: — data you voluntarily share through the site's forms: name, e-mail, phone or Telegram, company, topic, message; — technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, device & browser type, referrer, pages visited, timestamps; — cookies and identifiers of Yandex.Metrica, the VK Ads pixel and Callibri (unless you decline them in the cookie banner); — data on calls to the phone numbers shown on the site: the caller's number and the time of the call.

We use the data only for: — responding to your message and discussing a potential engagement; — improving the site through anonymous usage analytics; — fulfilling contracts with clients; — complying with Russian law.

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (form submission; for web analytics, continuing to use the site after the cookie banner notice, which you can decline), on contracts with clients, and on legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Limited sharing happens with: — state authorities when required by law; — infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics) only to the extent necessary; — Yandex.Metrica for anonymous traffic statistics (unless you decline); — VK Ads (top-fwz1.mail.ru pixel) to measure ad performance (unless you decline); — Callibri (callibri.ru) to attribute calls and requests to ad channels: it shows a tracking phone number on the site and may receive the data of requests sent through the forms (unless you decline).

The site uses two cookie categories: — technical, required for basic functionality (language, theme, session); — analytics, via Yandex.Metrica, the VK Ads pixel and Callibri, for traffic, call and request stats and ad measurement. They load when you open the site. If you click “Decline” in the cookie banner, they are switched off and their cookies are deleted. Yandex.Metrica collects behavioural data (page views, actions, time on site) and forwards it to YANDEX LLC for processing. Webvisor session replay is enabled: it records on-page actions (scrolling, clicks, cursor movement). The contents of fields where you enter your name, phone, e-mail and message are not recorded. Details: https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/. Callibri shows a phone number on the site that tells us which ad channel a call came from, and records requests sent through the forms. You can opt out any time: clear the site data in your browser, open the page again and click “Decline” in the banner.

Contact-form messages are kept until the processing purpose is achieved (typically until negotiations end or a project closes), and no longer than 3 years after the last contact. Technical logs and Yandex.Metrica, VK Ads and Callibri data follow each system's own retention.

You have the right to: — know what personal data of yours is being processed; — request correction, blocking or deletion of incomplete, outdated or unlawfully obtained data; — withdraw consent by writing to info@n3s.agency. A request will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.

The Operator applies technical and organisational measures to protect personal data: HTTPS, access control, regular infrastructure updates.
