Any task is a symptom. Before we fix it, we understand the process. Otherwise we'd fix it again in six months.

Stack picked for the job
We're not loyal to a framework. Bitrix24 where it fits; Next.js where it fits; plain PHP where it solves the problem fastest.

Handover from day one
We write code as if for handover: docs, paired reviews with the client's engineer, an architecture you can read. No lock-in.

Metrics, not reports
Every project has KPIs. After launch we show numbers, not the count of closed Jira tickets.

Intro call
30-min call, usually free. We figure out whether you're in the right place and we can help.

Discovery
A week of interviews with people who actually use the system. Process map, pain scoring, an architecture document.

MVP
First working ring in prod within 4–6 weeks. On real data.

Iteration
Two-week sprints, accepted against business metrics.

Handover & SLA
Docs, training, a support contract. Optional warranty on the critical modules.

No outstaffing on the core roles. Leads and architects on-staff, flexible team-up on specific tasks.
