A portal where a designer picks the lighting for a store in a single pass
A site plan, a matrix of recommended fixtures, documents always in their latest version, and a request that turns into a Bitrix24 deal on its own.
- fixture models in the catalog, plus 5 accessories
- 38
- site zones on the interactive plan
- 8
- documents: datasheets, instructions, certificates, IES photometry
- 62
- Bitrix24 deal fields filled in with no manual entry
- 16
// Client
A lighting supplier for a retail chain. External designers work with it, selecting fixtures for the sales floor, warehouse, offices and parking of every new store.
// Before
Designers put their selection together from the catalog, email threads and document folders. Not everyone knew which models were recommended for which zone, and datasheets and certificates circulated in different versions. The request was then re-keyed into the CRM by hand.
// What we built
- 01An interactive site plan: sales floor, warehouse, office and technical rooms, entrances, canopies, parking. Click a zone and see the selection for that zone only.
- 02A selection matrix: only the recommended models for each zone, with filters by control type (DALI, PSU, Sensor-based dim) and IP rating.
- 03A fixture card with specifications and documents: datasheet, instructions, certificate, IES photometry for DIALux and Relux. The portal always serves the latest version of a document; old versions are never handed out.
- 04A cart organized by zone: the request goes to the supplier's engineer straight from it.
- 05A Bitrix24 link: a request creates a deal on its own, with 16 fields filled in automatically.
- 06Designer sign-up by tax ID: company name, KPP, OGRN and address are pulled from the state business register (EGRUL).
