How a steel-structures plant stopped losing orders on their way to the shop floor

One workspace in Bitrix24: sales, production and finance in three linked pipelines, and every customer channel in one window.

How a steel-structures plant stopped losing orders on their way to the shop floor
  • 3 linked pipelines
  • One contact center
  • Automatic production schedule

// Client

A plant that manufactures steel structures.

// Before

  • The customer base lived in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Orders sat in different systems and documents; some requests never reached production and customers left.
  • Customers wrote in messengers and social networks, while managers worked by phone and email.
  • There was no control over task completion.

// What we built

  1. 01Three linked CRM pipelines: Sales, Production, Finance. As a deal moves, staff get tasks automatically.
  2. 02One contact center: social networks, messengers, email and IP telephony, with every request handled in Bitrix24.
  3. 03An automatic production schedule: tasks start in sequence, and the next one doesn't begin until the previous one is done.
  4. 04Automatic reports, including sales; managers see every deal in real time.
